Our Black Angus beef is mouthwateringly delicious, juicy and tender.  We keep our herd small to give each animal a healthy, happy life – 100% free of antibiotics and synthetic hormones – and we raise them as naturally as possible on a rich blend of legumes and field grasses.

We give you the choice of fully grass-fed beef – for the ultimate nutritional profile – or grain-finished beef for the sweetest and most tender meat.

All of our beef is dry-aged for a full three weeks, and artisanally hand-carved into individually vacuum-packed cuts by our local family butcher.

Our birds are raised 100% free-range, in a European-style spa-like environment with natural wood shavings for bedding.  They are free-fed certified organic food and water, and are free to fly around, nest, and perch however they like.

These chickens are raised cage free, drug free, antibiotic free, artificial growth hormone free, and fed on GMO-free, organically grown corn & feed.

The meat is moist, tender, and packed with flavour.  We offer whole roasting chickens, pre-cut whole chickens, and individual cuts: chicken breast, thighs, drumsticks, wings, legs, and ground chicken.  Plus chicken sausages and chicken burger patties.

And we'll deliver it frozen, direct from our farm to your door!

Pasture-raised pork with amazing taste and tenderness:

Our pasture-raised heritage pork has unbelievable flavour, juiciness, and nutritional density.

The hogs are raised without the use of artificial hormones or antibiotics, and fed on 100% plant and vegetable based feeds — including organic non-GMO grains that we grow ourselves.

You'll receive your pork fresh-frozen & ready for your freezer, packaged and labelled in individual vacuum packs, so you have it on hand whenever you're in the mood.

You can order by the quarter, half, or whole hog, or by individual cuts of pork.  We also have a number of cured pork products, including bacon, maple smoked ham, hot dogs, and more.

Tender and delicate free-range Lamb and Goat meat

Like all of our meats, our goats and lambs are grown the way nature intended, with no antibiotics, synthetic hormones or other artifical growth promoters.  They live a happy, stress-free life on rich all-natural pastures — which we believe translates to the best-tasting lamb and goat meat you can find anywhere.

Our young, delicately-flavoured lamb is dry-aged to give it maximum sweetness, tenderness, and flavour, to add to its already nutrient-rich profile.  It is then artisanally hand-butchered into individual cuts, and packaged in individual vacuum packs.

We offer you free-range pastured lamb, by the side or in individual cuts.  And free-range pastured goat meat, either by the side or in individual cuts as well.

Locally hand-crafted pork sausages with organic seasonings

You'll love these gourmet sausages made from our organic pasture-raised pork, with natural casings and 100% certified organic seasonings.  We worked with a professional chef to develop a number of unique and mouthwatering flavours:  Barbeque sausages, Italian sausages, Garlic, Regular, and Maple Breakfast sausages.  And we also offer a larger pre-cooked kielbasa.

These sausages have zero fillers, and are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and soy-free.  They also have no artificial nitrates, preservatives or MSG.

We ship them to your door, frozen, in one-pound packages.  We recommend keeping a number of packages in your freezer, so you have them on hand for whenever you want a quick and easy meal — you can poach them in boiling water directly from frozen, then give them a quick pan sear or grill to serve.

Three gourmet flavours of all-natural beef jerky

Our artisanal handmade beef jerky comes in three delicious flavours, all made with our own pasture-raised Black Angus beef plus certified organic spices and seasonings.

• "Smoky BBQ" is a barbeque-flavoured beef jerky, seasoned with a tomato reduction infused with a mild spiciness and a hint of smoke.
  
• "Asian Fusion" is inspired by Thai, Szechuan, and other Asian cuisines, and has a unique blend of flavours with just a little heat.
  
• "Aztec Spice" is medium spicy and has a mole poblano flavour profile that takes its inspiration from ancient Central American ingredients.

Our beef jerky flavours are all-natural, using certified organic seasonings, and of course are made from our premium, local & sustainable Whispering Meadows Black Angus pasture-raised beef.

They are gluten free, GMO free, nitrate free, dairy free, nut free, and have zero preservatives or MSG.

We also offer a combo pack, with 15 packets of jerky in total, for a 20% discount.  You can choose a box of any flavour, or a mix of all three.

Certified organic farm-fresh eggs

We're excited to introduce our certified organic eggs — local, free-range, pastured, and farm fresh.  Each dozen eggs is a mix of brown and blue-shelled eggs.  The blues are laid by Ameraucana chickens, which were bred in the 1970s from the Araucana chickens that originated in Chile and the Falklands.  Some experts believe that this is the only chicken breed that is original to the Americas.

The chickens get the very best treatment — they are free-range and pastured, and by getting to scratch around in the grass, they naturally supplement their diet with bugs, seeds, and fruits.  We find that this makes for the richest tasting eggs that are full of flavour.  The egg shells range in colour from a darker green-blue, through pale blue, to brown.  We try to make sure that every dozen includes a nice mix of colours.

The eggs are freshly-laid within a day or two before arriving at your doorstep.  Since the flock is small, we have a limited quantity available.  Order some here.  We think you'll love the unique colours, and the organic farm-fresh flavour!

Single-Origin Organic Milk

When you buy milk at a supermarket – even organic milk – it's blended together from thousands of cows that come from many different farm sources.  A single-origin milk like this one gives you a unique flavour experience, that originates from the particular blend of soil composition and nutrients on this one farm.

Just like a high-quality coffee or a fine wine, the terrain of the land influences its products.  Winding Creek Farm has a rich blend of loam, silt, and peat-based soils, and together with the full spectrum of grass species and silage that they grow for the cows, this imparts a rich and full flavour to their milk.

We think you'll find this milk tastes incredibly fresh and creamy.  You may also be able to pick out some hints of toasted almonds, hay, vanilla, and white chocolate flavours.  Since we each taste things a little differently, we'd love to hear back from you about your own tasting notes.

We take the bones from our organic chickens and pasture-raised cattle, and simmer them for 24 hours with organic vegetables and seasonings, to produce what we think is the richest, most flavourful, and nutrient-packed stock & broth you can buy anywhere.

Chicken stock and bone broth have been known for their health benefits for thousands of years, by almost every traditional culture.  They are both excellent sources of collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, gelatin, amino acids, minerals, and other compounds — supporting the health of your muscles, joints, hair, nails, and skin.
